Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This page describes the privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), and how to exercise them with Searcherbase LLC ("Searcherbase," "we," "us," or "our"). For the full description of how we collect, use, and share personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Do We Sell or Share Your Personal Information?

Searcherbase does not sell your personal information for money and does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not engaged in the sale or sharing of personal information in the twelve months preceding the date of this page, and we do not currently intend to do so. If our practices change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy and provide the opt-out mechanisms required by law before any such sale or sharing begins.

2. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with which we have shared information.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted in Section 1, we do not sell or share personal information; you may still submit a formal opt-out request as described below.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger the right to limit under the CCPA.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a right under the CCPA.

3. How to Submit a Request

To submit a verifiable consumer request, email privacy@searcherbase.app with the subject line "CCPA Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Account, if any
  • A clear description of the right you are exercising (know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale/sharing)
  • Enough information for us to locate responsive records and reasonably verify your identity

We will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and will respond substantively within forty-five (45) days. We may extend the response period by an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on your request and will not use verification information for any other purpose.

4. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you and sufficient proof of the agent's authority (such as a power of attorney). We may contact you directly to verify your identity and confirm that you have authorized the agent to act for you before we fulfill the request.

5. Business Records Suppression

If you are an individual whose information appears in our business-records dataset (for example, as a principal, officer, member, or registered agent of a business filed with a Secretary of State or other government authority) and you wish to request suppression of that record from our Service, email privacy@searcherbase.app with the subject line "Records Suppression Request" and include: (a) your full name as it appears in the record, (b) the exact business name or filing identifier, (c) the jurisdiction, and (d) the basis for the request. We will review each request and respond in accordance with applicable law, generally within thirty (30) days. Note that we are not the authoritative source of the underlying public record; suppression from our Service does not remove the record from the government filing from which it originated.
